If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Sale items are returnable within 7 days of purchase and a credit note will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with tags complete and in the original packaging.
Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items, so it is important that they are returned to us in good condition and with all tags still attached.
On inspection of the return if any of the following is found no refund will be issued:
*make-up marks
*perfume smell
*tan marks
*alterations
*strong odour
If your return is approved, we will process your refund via the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 7 days for a refund to be completed.
